Xypex Admix C-1000NF has been successful in providing an impermeable solution to the concrete wall sections of the Goulburn River Pumpstation, which forms an integral part of  the Sugarloaf Pipeline Project in Victoria.

Xypex Admix C-1000NF, supplied via Mawsons Concrete, was used within the 40MPa concrete wet walls for the pumpstation. The ten metre deep walls were poured in 3 separate sections totalling approximately 200 cubic metres. The Goulburn River Pumpstation in Yea, Victoria is the starting point of a 70 kilometre pipeline from the Goulburn River to Sugarloaf Reservoir.

The Sugarloaf Pipeline will deliver up to 75 billion litres of water annually.

A joint venture alliance involving Melbourne Water, John Holland, SKM & GHD have combined to construct the $625 million project.
