Optima Centre Perth

Optima Centre is a prestigious new office complex set to become a signature development in the Herdsman Business Park, Perth, Western Australia.

The project consists of two towers, a three storey and six storey office commercial development with 515 basement car parking bays. 

Approximately 3000m3 of Xypex Admix C- Series was dosed to the concrete for the Lift Shaft, water tanks and roof decks. The decision was taken to specify Kuniseal C-31DS waterstop, in conjunction with Xypex Concentrate, as the preferred waterproofing system for the floor and wall joint interface around the perimeter of the lift shaft & water tanks. 

As Perth's largest A-grade suburban office building, the striking design will target 4.5 star ABGR and is registered for a Green Star Office Design Rating. Utilised as part of the concrete mix for this project, Xypex Admix C-1000NF is endorsed by GECA as environmentally preferable and therefore meets the requirements of Green Star Ratings in accordance with the Green Building Council of Australia.
