ONE30 Stirling Street: Perth, Australia

ONE30 is Located in the heart of the CBD of Perth, Western Australia.

This project consists of a 6 storey tower which includes 11,500sqm of office space and 3 commercial retail / dining tenancies. The basement and semi basement consist of 400 car parking bays, with parking facilities also located on level 1 & 2. The structure has an outdoor terrace at level 3 and an atrium from level 4 to 6 with centrally located skylight and sun control devices.

Approximately 2500m3 of Xypex Admix C- Series was dosed into the concrete for the walls and pre cast elements, to provide additional concrete waterproofing integrity and durability enhancement.

The decision was taken by Broad Construction to specify Kuniseal C-31DS waterstop in conjunction with Xypex Concentrate as the preferred waterstop system to the floor and wall joint interface around the lift shafts and lower basement perimeter.
